Share the Dignity at Angels Community Group
We are proud to partner with Share the Dignity to bring a free #pinkbox period product vending machine to women in Bundaberg. As Share the Dignity says, “Access to period products is a right, not a privilege.”
This service helps ensure local women can access essential products with dignity, privacy, and no barriers.
What Is Share the Dignity?
Share the Dignity is an Australian charity dedicated to ending period poverty. Through community fundraising and national initiatives, they supply pads, tampons, and hygiene products to women and girls in need across Australia; including here in Bundaberg through Angels Community Group.
What Is the #PinkBox Vending Machine?
What’s Inside a Period Pack?
Each period pack contains:
6 tampons
2 pads
These packs provide immediate support for women who may not have access to products when they need them most.
The #pinkbox is a free period product vending machine designed to provide discreet, no-cost access to essential items. It works just like a regular vending machine, except no payment is required.
A built-in 10-minute timer ensures fair access so the machine can support as many women as possible.
Who Can Use It?
Anyone who needs period products is welcome to use the #pinkbox.
There are no questions, no eligibility criteria, and no limits beyond the 10-minute machine timer.
It is always free.
All period packs and the #pinkbox machine itself are provided through Share the Dignity’s fundraising and community donations.
If you would like to support their important work, you can donate directly through the Share the Dignity website.
Who Funds the Period Packs?
